Camp Speers in the Poconos offers overnight sessions for campers ages 7- 16. We are committed to providing each camper a fun and exciting experience that will create lasting memories and friendships.
One-Week Sessions One-week sessions give campers the opportunity to unplug and connect. They engage with peers, learn how to foster friendships, and select from a variety of activities where they can enhance their skills. Campers go on an overnight camp-out where they cook over a fire, sleep under the stars (or a lean-to) and explore Speers’ pristine wilderness.
In 2019, you can build your own Two-Week Session to best fit your schedule!
We encourage you to connect with camp friends and pick the 2, 3, 4, or more weeks that work for everyone to maximize the fun at camp!
Our director team works to find the staff that will create a fun, and memorable experience for your camper! We find motivated, caring, supportive, relate-able staff so that your camper can feel safe and at home with their counselors. Our staff all receive training in program areas, camper engagement, behavior management, and more in order to provide campers the best experience possible. All staff are CPR, AED, and Oxygen certified and go through State and Federal background clearance checks to ensure camper safety.
