Adventure Club After School Program

Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, January 7 – February 27, 2025 from end of school day – 6:30 PM

Camp adventures are the main focus of our after school program! Your kiddo will enjoy STEM activities, tie dye, crafting, bingo, and more! We’ll also provide an afternoon snack & dedicated time for homework. Van transportation from school the Camp Speers is included in the price.

Cost: $150 for 8 sessions

School’s Out Camp

Monday, January 20, 2025 | Monday, February 17, 2025 | Friday, March 21, 2025

Want to avoid hearing “MOM/DAD, I’M BORED!” when school is out? Send your child off to the woods to spend their day exploring nature, playing with friends, and having a lot of fun! School’s Out Camp will run from 8:30am-4:00pm. Please send your child with a packed lunch; an afternoon snack will be provided.

Cost: $80 per child/per day

Camp Open House

March 15, 2025 | April 6, 2025 | May 10, 2025

Camp Speers welcomes you to join an open house and enjoy a guided tour, learn about camp programs, get to know the staff, and try out some of our favorite camp activities. This will help kids build confidence and independence even before camp starts and allow children to meet some of the people they will spend time with while at camp. Our open houses offer all of this free of charge.

Spring Adventure Club

Dragonfly Forest Explorers Spring Retreat

March 28 – 30, 2025

Come spend the weekend at Camp Speers YMCA with your Dragonfly Forest summer besties and some of your favorite counselors! We will spend the weekend enjoying all camp has to offer, like archery, arts and crafts, rock climbing, campfires and so much more! This program is great for those itching to come back to camp before summer and especially for those wanting to get familiar with camp before spending a week during the summer!

We are so excited to offer this opportunity for young adults with Autism, 22q, Down Syndrome, and other cognitive and developmental disabilities. Meals are provided and transportation can be arranged from the Philadelphia Area.

Memorial Day Family Camp Weekend

May 23 – 26, 2025

Bring the whole family to enjoy to great outdoor and all the activities Camp Speers has to offer during Memorial Day Weekend! You’ll enjoy time at the lake, conquer the rock wall, play a game of volleyball or gaga ball, hike through nature, and so much more! Plus you can make S’more by the camp fire!
